Terms of Service

Reeplee is a tool for generating statistical plots and analyses from data you upload. You give us data through chat; we propose an analysis, generate R code, run it, and return a plot plus the code.

You own your data. You are responsible for having the right to upload it. Don't upload data you aren't authorized to share — including data that would violate HIPAA, GDPR, FERPA, IRB protocols, or NDAs you've signed.

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You get full rights to the R code Reeplee produces from your data. Use it, modify it, share it, publish it. The code is provided "as is" — see the next section.

Reeplee uses an AI-driven decision tree to pick plots and statistical tests. We try hard to make these correct, but:

• Reeplee is a tool, not a statistician. You are responsible for verifying that the analysis is appropriate for your data and research question before publishing or making decisions from it.
• Reeplee is not a medical device and is not approved for clinical or diagnostic decision-making.
• If you find a wrong analysis, please tell us — we use that feedback to improve.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial months. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.

Plan limits are based on AI usage credits, which renew at the start of each calendar month. We don't charge overages — if you hit your limit, you wait until the reset or upgrade.

You agree not to:

• Try to break or abuse the service (rate-limit evasion, sharing accounts at scale, attempting prompt injection or sandbox escape).
• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• Resell the service or scrape it for derivative AI training.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu in the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused portion of your subscription.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
